Decision-making Body

The top decision-making body of the Korea Financial Telecommunications & Clearings Institute (KFTC) is the general meeting, which consists of all general members. Subsidiary organs of the general meeting are the board of directors, comprised of the KFTC president and eight non-permanent directors, and six committees that review the main agenda of the general meeting and the board.

The Bank of Korea and financial institutions pursuant to the Bank Law are eligible to become general members, associate members or special participants of KFTC.
